I purchased ESO Plus Tuesday night, for 6 months. I thought it was going to unlock all of the current DLC content, because that is what is stated on the ESO plus membership page in the first paragraph. I was pretty unhappy to find out this wasn't the case, so I put a ticket in 20 minutes later asking for a refund.
I would like to pre-order Greymoor, but I need this refund to go through first. Anything you guys can do to help out
