Refund for ESO Plus
Hello,
I purchased ESO Plus Tuesday night, for 6 months. I thought it was going to unlock all of the current DLC content, because that is what is stated on the ESO plus membership page in the first paragraph. I was pretty unhappy to find out this wasn't the case, so I put a ticket in 20 minutes later asking for a refund.
I would like to pre-order Greymoor, but I need this refund to go through first. Anything you guys can do to help out @ZOS_BillE ?

✭✭✭✭✭It does give you access to all the DLC. The only one I purchased was IC (before it was base), and I can happily play through all the DLC content. The only thing it doesn't give you access to is Chapters, obviously.0 -

Greymoor is a Chapter and not DLC.
You'll need to start a ticket with Online Support to get a refund, @baknox04_ESO.
Be sure to list the ticket number in your thread here ...

✭✭✭✭✭If ESO+ did not unlock all DLC content then you need to work with Zos so they can figure out why and rectify that.
If it is because you thought it would unlock Greymoor, then that is simply not a DLC. The zone that is part of Greymoor will become a DLC once the next chapter is released.

I submitted a ticket almost 2 days ago. When I see "all DLC content", I would think the all would include the chapters. They should make a disclaimer on the website that it doesn't.0

I submitted a ticket but didn't track the number. I was waiting on a confirmation email I guess with the number on it. Is there another why to find it? It doesn't show up when I go to my support.

It does tell you it includes the DLC game packs in the crown store, so if you check in there you can clearly see what you actually get. Not to offend you, but I don't think they could have made it any clearer.
