The most costly ingredients for the two Artaeum recipes are the clam gall and the powered mother of pearl.

They are expensive because those are not particularly easy to obtain. You can hunt for giant clams, fish for Pyandonean bottles, farm Telvar for Imperial City alchemy bundles, or do the summerset geysers. None of these sources have particularly good RNG, so it's your preference. I prefer fishing and geysers because they give other rewards. If you lile Imperial City, the drop rate on those mats is very low but you get lots of the other reagents.

Isn't it worth to just but those 2 ingredients and sell, i make profit

You could farm clam gall and powdered mother of pearl and sell it directly, you would still make money for every one you find
