As of now i feel my stamden is all about dots and big rotations. I am lvl 42 and i would love some input on which skills and morphs and weapons i should or could use.
Also as it is i dont feel like i deal much damage either. 5k dmg on an elite.

Subterranean assault + 2x spamable, repeate
    spamables: Brawler, Wirlwind, Acid spray

Also, "simple burst" and "big rotations" not the same thing. You either do PvP'like burst combo for trash mobs or full rotation.

as mentioned above subterranean assault should be your bread and butter. as a dual wielder definitely grab whirling blades for executing.

so it'd look like; buff up, endless hail, sub assault, whirling blades.

dawnguard ultimate timed well with sub assault and even elites die quick.

If you want to play warden for damage, you basically need to get used to the idea that you cast sub assault every third skill. What you do in between is situational, but its always every third skill (having to apply 3-4 skills on a back bar can be an exception). If you want to kill a dummy or an actual boss, think about stacking DOTs in between. If you want to kill trash mobs, think one maybe two ground dots, and an AOE spam. They have already been listed, but each stamina weapon line other than S+B gives you one.

As an example. Sub Assault, endless hail (back bar), whirlwind (perhaps x2), will kill just about any group of overland mobs out there.

Man, I overlooked Sub-assault for so long because of the three second delay. What a mistake, it's a good lead-in to other skills for a lot of burst damage like you're saying. While you wait for it to pop, you can fire off a few more skills and then bam, mob's dead.

If you're leveling, yes. You'd want to level all of your skill lines, and the frost line is a slower line. Ice fortress is a reliable skill that helps you solo.
