I can't create characters anymore because the game will just boot me back to the log-in menu after not even a minute, saying an error has occurred. It's not any specific error either. I contacted ZOS numerous times about this problem, and they were no help whatsoever. All they told me was the same bulljunk over and over: Repair game, open ports, etc. etc. I did everything they told me; NOTHING solved the issue.
ZOS, you have a very unsatisfied customer. Methinks the problem isn't from me, but from the game.
Does anyone else have this problem?
I'll have to try that fix.Gabrielzavadski wrote: »
Yep, creating a character, or using the tokens(appearance and race change), after a few moments, i get kicked back to the login screen with an error.
Started to happen a few weeks back, and nothing I know seems to work (starting the game with administrator rights, with and without Steam, and repairing; deleted config files too).
This is the error: 'ERROR' "An error has occurred, please wait a few minutes and log in again".
A fix, at least for the character creation, is to customize the character for a while, and then returning to the character selection and clicking on the existing characters, then returning back to character creation, finish, and then play.
P.S.: After doing said fix, I got stuck twice on the "CREATE" buttom, having to close the game with Task Manager, then trying again, until i was able to play.

I also noticed that I don't seem to have problems whilst creating characters on the PTS. @ZOS_Adrikoth, why is it that I don't have problems on the PTS, but do in the actual ESO game whilst creating characters? Methinks the problem is the game, and not on my part.
lmao
No offence to either of you but that is not a "Fix" by any stretch of the imagination. That is a work-around rigging of Zos BS. @Gabrielzavadski @GhostOfAnEra
