You have to remember that outside of Cyrodiil and Trials the game runs fine for most players, including on PC EU. If it weren't, the game's population would be a lot less, including in Cyrodiil. I don't diminish in any way the problems that some players have with the game, but they aren't typical of the experience everyone has running it and they have addressed the issues in their recent website update.
