Where is the General Discussion Forum?

14 years of playing mmo's and this is a first lol, the most confusing and jumbled up forum i've ever used for an MMO, if the devs are reading this please remove all the useless sub forums and make it like every other game forum 
because having to post everything in new player help is just silly.
