Concerns the orange ring projected around a central figure on the ground, I see these more lately in PvP / Cyro.
Because I'm a healer and it seems to concern healers I am curious what kind of set this is (or skill, but never have seen that and thought I've played them all).
Anyone can identify it?

    Hiti's, drops in Icereach. The circle heals and provides cost reduction for block, roll dodge, and I think bash as well.

    Edit: Sprint yes, Bash no.

    YW! I can imagine it's quite potent in a ball group, not sure if it stacks though.

    Explains why I see it used in fairly concentrated groups indeed.
