The anniversary box that woudn't leave

Dear ZOS,

I submitted a ticket, but you guys send me an explanation on how the jubilee event works (after it is over) and are non responsive to my reply's of the ticket.
SO I'll try here.
I have one anniversary jubilee Gift box in my inventory, it remains there totally mute.
I can not open it, it can not delete it it just sits there at the top of the list showing as new item...

I would very gladly like to get rid of it as I can't do anything with it...

It's been 10 days, I've send you 2 reactions but nothing... I understand you are working at home.
But realy sending me a guide to an event that's over and I'm reminded of daily when I login...

Please fix the box!

I had this same problem and the issue was that When using Lazy writ crafter Jubilee boxes were automatically opened

BUT

Because I had a Full Transmutation Gem Pool, That box would not allow me to open it until I made room in my Transmutation pool.

I have room in my transmutation gem pool. just opened a box today.
