they are too monoton
my choices doesnt make much effect
quest marks makes everything too easy
there are too many quests
there is no action, or drama or cinematic
ESO is a pseudo-RPG, so of course it doesn't have expansive dialogue options, impactful choices, and other hallmarks of RPGs proper. You're supposed to bring that to the game yourself with your own creativity and imagination (which is fun to do, by the way). As for too many quests... erm.... this is still something of an RPG. You're going to have to play an entirely different game if you don't want quests, sad to say. But if quest markers bother you, did you know you can turn them off? Beware - quest dialogues were NOT set up with this in mind, so often you will be given poor (or no) directions to your next objective. Because of that, I don't recommend it.
