I don't know if the dev's are aware but the majority of PvP'ers are. The Hammer only seems to spawn around home keep and base locations. It's never seen outside of the closet 3 spawn points of each respective alliance. At the very very begining I remember only seeing it spawn once outside of those locations and it was between Alessia and Roebeck. Is this inteded now? If so whats the use of the other spawn points if they are not used.
