I was treasurer of a trading guild years ago, and it was literally the worst part of my day trying to work through that list to make notes or change status. It kept jumping to the top. After 5 years, it still does it. So in a 500 member guild, during primetime, you can't scroll to see who you may want to send message to. Yes, you type in their name. But sometimes, you just want to scroll to see who is on and then invite to something.
How is this still a thing? Is it that hard to stop it from jumping around?

Not sure what platform you're on, but on PS4, it was an issue... then was fixed for a very long time... then became a reintroduced issue with the Harrowstorm update.
Supposedly being fixed with the Greymoor update in June, as far as the patch notes claim.

There is no reason to scroll
