Jacozilla✭✭✭✭✭I think it is worse atm than usual due to the more popular than normal activity on PTS plus the free ESO+ trial bringing in a temp wave of extra players.
All of which ZOS has clearly not factored into whatever server load balancing, if they do any at all that is.
I guess this is ZOS way of introducing all the PVE players to the joys of Cyrodil lag without having to PVP.3 -
