I submitted a ticket to get a guild name change over 2 weeks ago now and still have not received any help regarding this. Is there another way I can proceed? Its a bit frustrating because when I submitted another ticket because I wasn't sure if the first one had an error, it was closed as a duplicate within two hours but no one helped with my name change.
