after sending 4 tickets no good answer till now also admins told me to contact them if u didn't get answers from tickets even forum admins don't answer my PM are you guys for real....
and only I got mail from eso that they sorry about what happened
This problem is from your potato servers in cyrodiil at least if you can't do anything don't joking people is it too hard to get access to data base and unlock my character or at least tell me the truth that what happened to my god damn account
