The Mend Wounds Toggle -- Please Consider This for Other Applicable Skills

We can currently one-bar Mend Wounds, toggle it on, and it stays toggled through weapon swap. There are some other skills that seem to be prime candidates for this treatment: For example, this would be absolutely perfect for a skill like Lotus Flower (Warden).
I have long wanted optional toggles for certain skills, but at the very least the Mend Wounds toggle function would be great to see on other similar skills where a toggle makes sense.

Yeah, it used to be a toggle. I remember running Leeching Strikes on my tank.0
