I assumed that was the case, so it'll be interesting to see how many people buy them - given that we are repeatedly told that PvP is "literally unplayable".1 -

I get it, the majority of the player base prefer it this way. Or at least enough players that ZOS dutifully obliged and will now take their money. I just feel the game is getting worse and worse for all these convenience purchases, and that's not even going into the performance issues.2 -

This from people that will, at some point in the next week, be starting a new thread asking about how many people cancelled their subs because the game is unplayable?

That's why I try my hardest to stick to "Its unlikely to happen because..."
I'm glad to see that, a year after ZOS said in the pre-Elsweyr Q&A that there were technical issues preventing a faction changes token, they were able to invest the time needed to implement it after all.

✭✭I'm happy they're bringing this change because players have been asking for it for a long time. That said, it will likely be cheaper to buy a new character slot, a few XP scrolls, and level a new character in the chosen faction.
