EU has been down for like nine hours, there are no patch notes and no downtime announcement in the appropriate forum section, what's going on?

LtSnowballin✭✭✭There won't be patch notes until the game is finally up and running - Or their will not be patch notes if it was just standard maintenance rather than actual changes. The game is still down as their latest maintenance has broken it and Gina just stated about 12 minutes ago, they're trying to apply a fix to bring the servers back up.3 -
