    WTB performance improvement token

But in all honesty, I'd be quite happy to not be kicked from the server every couple of minutes on PC-EU. Anything else beyond that would be just icing on the cake.

They can add a package for 1000 EUR for like one week. It will be nice to have your own server rented out.

Agree, but only if 100% LA hit tokens are sold as a cheaper variant.
Also I would like 100% mitigation tokens.

Just tell the Ball Groups to change up how they do their stuff in Cyrodiil so they don't lag the servers.
Given to many calculations and buff/heal stacking isn't good for them, going by what Fengrush said.

Another idea would be to cut Cyrodiil in zones and have different campaigns for different zones. That would surely limit the performance issues. It might even give zos the chance to spruce up Cyrodiil, make cities like Bruma and Bravil more detailed.

Except that on PC EU you don't need one or mulltiple active ballgroups to lagg out the game. uncapped population on all factions is already enough to make it unplayable.

Lol, on PCEU I was lagging like mad in the main campaign - even when there was only 1/1/1 bar pop and I was in the middle of nowhere, far from any fights :D

I suggest to make it pay to win. They are really greedy already. Pay, you get good latency. Don't pay, easy 500+ ping. That should make the game awesome and viable to everybody!

From my experience, the people that need to be fired are the people in management who made stupid decisions based on balance sheets instead of what is good for the company or the project in the long run. Management types usually are more concerned about short-term gains and their next bonuses. Those management type all too often forget one of their fundamental functions is to create an environment for workers to perform to their full potentials.

When a project manager asks for impossible deadlines, that's when the tech guys start cutting corners in order to meet those ridiculous deadlines and doom the whole project from the start. And ten months later the company had to spend four times more than the original budget and resources to some what salvage the whole project (true story).

What I am trying to bring across is the whole performance fiasco with ESO really shows the lack of good management and leadership at ZOS. However, I am not saying there is no incompetent tech guy. Think of it this way, a tech guy is hired to work on the technical side and a manager is hired to manage the tech guy. So if the tech guy was incompetent at his/her job, then was it the tech guy's fault or was the manager's fault to have put the person who was clearly unqualified on the job?

If you have the same problem for over 4 years as a company and you don't fix it. This tells a lot about a company. I don't think that fixing the servers is an impossible task. It's just incompetence. In 4 years, with ambition, you can hire the right people and fix the problem. They just add things in the Crown Store. That's the only thing that we get regularly.

Like I have said before, this really is a management problem. If the people from management have decided to not do anything to solve the lag problem then doesn't matter how competent or incompetent the devs from ZOS are, the problem is not getting solved.

From the limited number of dev posts we can see at least they are looking into a solution(s) for the lag problem. However, until the management gives it a green light, it does not matter how many innovative solutions the dev team can come up with. If the management said no to all the solutions presented to them then that would be the equivalent of no solution at all.

Right, that completely explains why I get sub-200 ping playing on PC-NA and 600-800 ping on PC-EU. While living in the EU :D

You could have top of the range everything and still have bad ping. I have the fastest connection possible in the centre of town and still I AVERAGE on 172ms ping in Cyrodiil. When I used to play WoW my ping was around 35ms, and rarely exceeded 60ms. It's not just about your equipment, but how well the netcode is optimized, and there could be routing issues between you and the server.

I can see how they would do it. It would be in crates and you would have to pay for a RNG item that allows one ability to work.

Why Cyro only ? You lack merketing envergure, mate.

Make a package for each zone, just like the skyshards. I'd especially like a "remove random loading screens in the middle of nowhere" package.

Ofc it will be RNG, rarer than APEX Rewards. Still, I will spend thousand of EUR just to get it.
