MY skills aren't working in Cyrodiil. It's an intermittent problem, but it's getting worse. At first, it was only a few ads in select spots around Cyrodiil. I couldn't light or heavy attack, and none of the warden skills would work. If I moved around, the issue would eventually clear up.

Today, the problem spread to fights with players. None of the skills worked, and I couldn't say down siege. Moving around didn't help.

Let me be clear. The animation starts, but then doesn't complete. Also, this issue was specific to my warden, it has spread to other characters.

Also, it seems other players may be having the problem. I was next to two of them on BRK's porch today as they tried to cast Ice Fortress. Though they cast it multiple times in rapid succession, it didn't work. In addition, this video show an archer having the same problem:

What can I do to fix this?

    Everyone is having this problem. ZOS is not going to answer your specific ticket.

    Well you will have to wait much longer, I have 3 weeks waiting for a response to my ticket.

    ZOS support has always been bad and slow, even before COVID-19.

    I've been playing for five years, so my expectations are extremely low when it comes to ZOS and communication.

    I've been playing for five years, so my expectations are extremely low when it comes to ZOS and communication.

    PvP is a mess rn and I don’t think we will get anymore then, “we are looking into it.”

    When it works it is a blast in Cyro.

    Make sure your ticket is requesting customer service. If you just report a bug, they don't necessarily ever answer. Customer service will get you an answer, even if it's cut/paste.

    Pretty much this. Especially when dealing with acknowledged issues I have seen other companies not respond to all the tickets. We know Cyrodiil is a mess. Not sure what OP is expecting Zos do say in their reply.
