At the 2th ban I got 15 days mute. I wondering is there any forgiveness acount punishment records or is there any time out system on it. Im looking experienced person who will reply to this stuation.

There’s no written policy, @MujdatMurdock, it’s on a case by case basis.

I would suggest you raise a support ticket to ask what you did specifically, and what you can expect if the same thing happens a third time.

I did not receive a Warning

I did receive an Educational Message about a thread I started that was deleted, and there was a list of rules about Spam cited.

I am Not going to post that here. It is up to the mods to decide that.

What I will say is that I sent a message back, detailing their rules, and explained my position, as I was unclear about where my post had violated those rules.

I have not yet received a reply on that.

But, rules do exist in a written form.

    Read the Tos
FYI - There is no such thing as 'night capping' in a world wide MMO.
FYI - There was no paid Beta. When they launched the game the Beta was over, even if you don't think it was.
    FYI - It's B2P not F2P. There is a difference.
FYI - It doesn't take any player skill to mash keys or buttons in this game. The ones that stay alive longer have the better internet connection and speed.
FYI - The game is not broken, it still works. It just has 'bugs' that need to be fixed.
    Balance is a "Bad" thing.

Example: There were hundreds of Jedi and only two Sith in Star Wars. The Jedi wanted, "Balance in the Force" and they got it. Now there are only two Jedi and two Sith.

    Balance is a "Bad" thing.

This isn't Facebook or Instagram or whatever, where you can post anything you like. This is a computer game, where zos decides what should and shouldn't be posted, and the consequences of not following their rules.

One of the reasons why the forum has descended into such immature behaviour, particularly at weekends, is that people are treating this forum and zone chat as a type of social media.

People need to differentiate between the two.

In game social bans or forums mutes?

The first I don't think ZOS has a website showing their policies, just the ToS.

The latter has a rules page which can be found here: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/60843/community-rules

That isn't actually true. Facebook and Instagram may have fewer limits, but they are there.
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.
    ***
Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

Yeah, they're not going to post the exact policies regarding that. It would just result in headaches from people who were clearly over the line trying lawyer their way back in, claiming whatever horrifically offensive thing they said wasn't actually against the rules.

For example: "Nowhere in the rules does it say we can't call someone an 'ungrateful ******* **** ****** rabbit ******* tangerine,' clearly my ban was unfair!"

So, yeah, no. Putting the exact policies out there in public is an invitation for trolling. "Don't be abusive," pretty much covers it without giving some banhouse troll the ammunition to start a war.

A short look at your created discussions show you post multiple times on similar subjects but there is no real constructive reason for them to exist so they are marked as spam. And as they have shown a pattern you have received action against your ability to create such threads as an attempt to curb your ability to create discussions that contribute to discourse as opposed to constructive discussions. I would say that is the reason for the silent bans, and if you continue the behavior I doubt the actions will get any more lenient. So you have a choice, post constructive threads or not at all. Use common sense and it will guide you towards not being banned, because their guidelines wont be posted and nobody but the moderator on your case will be able to tell you if you are on track to a third silent or permanent ban. That is all of the information you will get from these forums.

I agree with this. IMHO, if people want to do "social media" together, they'd just need to create a group and use the group chat or whisper for that matter.

What it really comes down to is that ZOS (not Bethesda) owns both the forums and ESO. By signing up to access either you are agreeing to bide by their EULA, TOS, and Code of Conduct. In return and with game purchase you are granted a license to access the game. If they decide that you have violated any of these they may suspend or even ban your liscense altogether. Doing so is solely up to their discretion and if you feel it was illegal or unjust you can appeal via support tickets. If that fails than legal action is your only real recourse. You wont find anything else more useful in the forums, all you will get is trolls and similar responses like this one. ZOS never discusses details of bans within the forums.

This forum is very close to being unfit for purpose. Sooner or later, zos is either going to bring the ban hammer down hard, or shut the forum, which would be a great pity.

Some people on this forum either need to calm down or move on, or zos will do it for them, sooner or later.

The general attitude on this forum is going to have to change, one way or another. It can't go on the way it is. The forum is supposed to complement the game, not be a place for people to vent and bicker with each other.

IME they've been extraordinarily lenient. I've been a gigantic *** again and again to the point that I'm surprised and relieved I'm still here.

Maybe you natter them too much that they get sick of hearing from you?

Just like all of these kinds of things in 'real life' and online... a lot of people get worked up about them and don't need to.

If one goes through life with a 'don't be a jerk' mindset, you can generally avoid having to learn the minute details of social / correct policies... even better if you couple it with a dash of 'be nice'.

    Just...

    don't be a jerk.
