And then of course we have those fools who are incapable of walking and have their character jump, everywhere! Jump, jump, jump, effing jump! That is guaranteed to get you a mud ball in the face if I run into you doing that. It's so annoying!

in TES4:Oblivion it was necessary to jump pretty much everywhere in order to get acrobatics up - well, jumping from high places and taking damage on impact helped with it as well. So some might have this behavior from TES4, and others from pvping - moving around quickly and jumping makes it harder for enemies to target.

I always get really anxious when I can't jump over the little wall next to the wayshrine in Davon's Watch because I think everyone is looking at me and laughing.

That wall often takes me a few attempts from the mount trainer's side - but I......WILL.....NEVER.....GIVE.....UP.....!

I just dismiss those jumpers as children allowed to play on a parent's account, but I wouldn't throw mud balls at them because that's descending to their level  !

Maybe you're just bad at jumping? Tbh, this sounds like a l2p issue to me.
