I have been messing with the esohead skill calculator and want some feedback.
How does this build seem to you and how should I improve it?
It's a very aoe heavy fire damage build (hence the name).

Pick Dunmer as your race. The 9% spell damage with fire spells and effects is way better than Breton passives imo. They would have better overall racials for your build imo: 6% max magika+stamina, increase fire resist+another 3% max magika, and then the flame talent spec.

Use Impulse in place of Volatile Armor imo, and pick up a two hander for your second weapon. Go for the passive Arcane Fighter, Momentum, Carve, and maybe Critical Charge if you want. Use Unstable Flame, Dark Talons, Stonefist, Molten Weapons, and then Volatile Armor in your second slot.

The 2hander passive gives you 100% chance to apply status effects like burning. More AoE to go with your build with abilities that use Stamina instead of just Magika.

I'd also take a look at Inferno in the Ardent flame tree and Fire Rune in the mages guild tree. They may make nice additions to your class.
