Because I'm not seeing them when the mouths do open on npc vampires or my character.
That bugs me, I've been on the pts and I didn't see them.
Gwendis would look so cute sporting a pair of Fangies.
Vampires need their fangs.
can you even see teeth on npcs and characters? i guess i'd say no to fangs. realistically, they'd be so small, you'd hardly be able to see them anyway, so why bother
The bloodline for the "Blood Scion" in ESO is different from the Vampire Lords we encounter in Elder Scrolls V Skyrim: Dawnguard.
I don't think that lore wise ZOS can add the special wings & appearance we see in that game.
The Vampire Lord form from Dawnguard is equivalent in power to at least a veteran Hard Mode trial boss or even more.
There is no comparing between the two...

Fangs, Bloodlord form and, weakness during daylight and actually biting the neck.. not magcially sucking a string of blood from the npcs boob.
The drained veiny-look is great n all, but I wish alot of the other cosmetic looks was in this game for it.
Don't even get me started on how *** it is to do a vampire hunting quest as a vampire and then ur standing there like: Ya! Lets go get em! ..Am not a vampire at all.. no sir, I just havent been eating well! ...and the NPC is completely oblivous to the fact that your actually one aswell.
I really wish NPC's would get suspicious and react, it would make it all so much more fun. I got abit hopeful when I saw the trailer for greymoor and they actually had fangs.. but I tend to get my hopes up on alot of things in this game but.. so many years later and still no change

They literally just made up the lore for the Blood Scion form a couple months ago. They can add whatever they want to it.

They can but it won't feel right lore & gameplay wise.
Vampire Lord form is an extremely rare & powerful form.
Having multiple players using the form will make it obsolete and meaningless.

Well the thing about this form we are getting is that its not from Molag Bal and its not natural for the Lamae Bloodline to have this and it was created by the Mother of Vampires herself. So the Vampire Lord of her bloodline the Blood Scion might not be able to do what the Actual Vampire Lord form granted by Molag Bal could because of it.

Even if they add the wings ZOS won't allow players to fly due to combat balance, difficulty of coding it and server performance implications...
So having the wings will be kind of pointless and weird.

It was already confirmed that we are vampire lords in the new vamp quest dialogue. Sorry to burst your bubble bud

Though I still consider the Blood Scion different than the Vampire Lord seen in Elder Scrolls V Skyrim: Dawnguard.

Well, then that comes down to personal views then. Because for all extent and purposes we are a vampire lord.

Not just personal view.
The Vampire Lord in ESO is of a different bloodline, it's not part of the Volkihar Clan.
Quote:
"The bloodline began with Lord Harkon after he pledged himself to the Daedric Prince Molag Bal, and in his name, he sacrificed thousands of innocents. In return, Molag Bal granted him immortality by turning him and his entire family into pure-blood vampires. They went on to become the progenitors of the clan".

Fair. Well, they're still vamp lords nonetheless.

"Lesser" Vampire Lords at best, if you have actually encountered them ingame you will see some big differences between the two forms especially if you use the Blood Scion form against them, Lamae Bal refuses to embrace the power of Molag Bal and therefor her clans form is weak.

Clans form is trash that I can agree.
I wish we had the option between Lamae's clan and the actual molag bal vampires tbh..
