I need 50 Transmute Crystals like we all need haircuts right now! What's the absolute fastest way?

Look ESO friends, all I'm trying to do is be "un-squishy" for dungeons, which means that I need to get my gear together. I got the K'ragh shoulders but it has the wrong trait on it for my beginner stamblade build.

I have 16 transmute crystals from a year ago. How can I get to 50 quickly so I can get on with my ESO life?

Shortcuts, videos, quick methods and suggestions are all welcome.

If you're not comfortable with PVP related stuff you can also farm dragons. I got about 50 in a week just doing 6 dragons a day. Your drop rates may differ.

If you do that on a few characters, you'll get 50 crystals per character.
Plus any additional crystals from the Rewards of the Worthy boxes you will obtain in the process (open 1 box per day for a guaranteed crystal drop, average of 5 crystals per box).

Go in Cyrodiil and pvp (or repair keeps/do quests) until you get enough AP (it's ~25k) to reach tier 1 campaign rewards. At the end of the campaign this nets you a geode worth 50 transmute crystals. It's not the fastest way normally, but I'm mentioning it because 30-day campaigns just so happen to end tomorrow, so right now it's the fastest way for you to get a lot of crystals, especially if you reach tier 1 on multiple characters. Other than that, doing PvP can give you a geode from the Rewards of the Worthy emails that when you open once per day can yield up to 25 crystals. Daily vet pledges can also reward up to 5 crystals per day, so worth doing for some fast crystals, and weekly coffers from trials have 5 crystals (as well as weekly leaderboard rewards).

cyrodiil is a good way, you get a gold uncracked transmute geode once a day. undaunted vet pledges give 1 purple geode per vet pledge. trials give 5 crystals once per week, so, do all trials, get 30 crystals or so (if you have summerset and sunspire that is, otherwise just do the base game trials). this is all per character also

This. Pro tip, be sure to set it as your home campaign before you start getting AP. Once you get 25k, you can port out (it can take a few minutes to update). You are shooting for tier one rewards. You have enough time to get multiple toons on the board still for this month. 2-3 keep captures and some repair is all it takes for 25k AP, just follow the zerg. If you have some AP or gold lying around, you can do this in about 25 minutes of wall repairs if you want. It's not the most efficient (about 90k AP of mats, to gain 25k AP back plus transmutes), but it certainly works.

Each toon you get to tier one (25k AP in 30 day campagin set to home) will net 50 transmute stones. They come in their on coffer, so you can save as many as you want.

If you can do vma relatively fast you can farm it for transmutes. Each vet clear gives 4 I think.

Get 100k AP with 3 or 4 toons in their home campaigns. I have been getting a geode with 10+ transmutes from doing that alone. I think you only get it once per campaign though.

Cyrodiil really is the way to go for transmute farming from what I've seen. Guilds, even pve focused ones, usually have cyrodiil Zerg events for exactly this purpose.

Another tip about rewards for the worthy, the lower level your character is, the faster you earn rftw.

You can earn them on a level 10 character and then open the mails on your main and the rewards will be at your main's level. I think a level 10 will get 4 or 5 rftw mails on the way to tier 1.

Just make sure you do this in a 30 day campaign and not the below 50 campaign,as it's only a 7 day campaign.

Tip number 2 for rewards for the worthy, collect the AP from the daily log-in rewards on your lowest level character and open the mails with your main.

I usually keep at least one character per account at level 3 or 4 just for collecting daily AP rewards.

On one account, I have a level 4 sorc named A P Phreely who is currently a tyro. He gets at least one mail every time I collect AP with him, I think the most he got from a daily reward is 3 mails.

My characters keep accumulating a backup of stones cause i take them into Cyrodiil to pass time. Then at the end of every month they each get two stones worth 50 each.

Good advice. I do the same with mine. Doing battlegrounds is another good way to earn crystals.

So I had initially 86k alliance points, I ran a couple of keeps with a good group and now I have 155k. Does this mean that tomorrow I should expect to receive 50 Transmute Crystals in the mail?

If it was in a 30 day campaign and you had it set to home, then yes. You can check your scoring tier. At tier 1 (25k AP), you get one box. At tier 3 (I believe 100k AP), I think you get two. Not 100% sure on that. I always get two boxes on my main who gets tier 3, and 1 on my alts that i get to tier one.
