Question with StamDK and Stone Giant (pve)

Ok, so have seen many builds on Stam DK and all that, and they all mention the use of Stone Giant x3...x6...etc. Now, what I cant tell and need help in clarifying is what that actually means.
Is it...cast Stone Giant (stomp) and throw all 3 stones in succession at once, and do that 3 times...OR.... is it cast it (stomp) and then another skill, then throw a rock, another skill, throw rock?
See my confusion? I am seeing parses and vids of it being done but from what I can tell its being hit once, the stomp, and then the stones are circling while other abilities are being used and then the stones are weaved in.
So like cast (stomp), then LA, then throw rock, LA, throw rock, LA, throw rock?
or
Cast it (stomp) and cast all 3 stones and repeat that process?
See my confusion...lol? Hopefully someone who uses this can shed some light for me or I just wont use it as it does seem to be a resource drain of sorts.....but then it does hit pretty hard?

Larcomar✭✭✭✭✭I think the idea is that you'd weave LA - SG - LA - SG - LA - SG, not least because it's on a (admittedly generous) timer.
TbhI tried it and really didn't like the ability; it's just visually unappealing and a bit of a mess.
Not sure there's a better spammable tho. I'm 2h so use are wrecking blow, but have seen people recommend vgenerous claw or even noxious breath0 -

Cheers for that but even with your comment.....when you say SG is that the whole thing or what? Meaning stomp and 3 throws? And yea, it hits hard but is a tad clunky. 0 -
Larcomar✭✭✭✭✭Sorry if I wasn't clear. The aim with weaving is to get in as many light attacks as poss - good damage, free and and if you animation cancel right, pretty much instant. So you'd definitely want to do get a LA in between each of cast. Ie LA - initial (aoe) cast -LA - fiirst ranged cast - LA - second ranged cast - LA - finalncast.
Ofc even if you are a weaving god (I'm not!)what i found was that half way through my endless /noxious breath / claw etcnp would wear off. Or I'd need to heal....1
