Alinor Greenhouse where to find?

Hi kids, I'm not into housing but recently saw an Alinor Greenhouse see link. I may start playing around with housing but can't find where to purchase this for gold ingame. I read it's found at the Cicero’s Food & General Goods shop in the Hollow City, Coldharbour. I also read that items repeat every 50 weeks? Is that true?

Using the second link below it looks like it was up for sale in March so I have to wait 50 weeks?

Appreciate any help, if it really is 50 weeks is it possible to buy at a guild vendor? If really 50 weeks OMG I have to hand it to people who are really into furnishings!

    It was from the golden vendor a couple of weeks ago. It may be back at some point.

    Not funny lol. I found one at a vendor for 175k, the cheapest on PS4, they ranged from 200k to 600k! I had no idea people were buying luxury items and then reselling, I usually make my money from Motifs.

    Of course now I have to find a house that it will fit in, I never cared a darn before just used them as easy ports. I spent the last hour looking at all the houses and bought the Daggerfall Outlook.
