I don't know of any AOE that does.

It should do, all attacks are supposed to, however, all attacks from stealth are supposed to stun too and do not. As time goes on we are realising many abilities are not working as described, particularly NB abilities. Frankly, I am beginning to wonder if Zen will get them sorted in a timely manner before this game starts to go ***'s up, they wont even have made a dent by the end of the first 30 days, that's patently obvious.
