Is Anyone else missing elswyre from their account??

Two things I finally noticed tonight
1) All of elswyre is missing from my account as if I didn't buy it but I own it from the store. I have 1 room and 2 houses there and played it though
2) I preordered greymoor and the items from the preorder are missing (for example the horse)
I'm on steam but those two purchases were made directly from the zos site
Anyone else have this problem?

✭✭You need to buy it from the platform your on the Steam store in this case, you will have to put in a ticket to support now to try and sort it out.
You can buy crowns and ESO+ via the website everything else you need to buy from your chosen platform.0 -
