Random Spawning Trader Question

When I left the game in 2016 there was a trader that showed up, I believe in the PVP area once a week maybe not sure of the schedule now. You could purchase things like The Engine's Guardian Visage and other hard to get items. Does this vendor still sell? If so can you direct me to a schedule as to when and where they spawn? I have a few collections unfinished and I doubt that I can obtain the items now but the trader may have something new that looks interesting.

✭You are talking about the "Golden Vendor", she spawns in the Cyrodiil alliance base on every weekend (and only on weekends).
Her gear selection is completely random, and changes every week.
She always sells pieces from 2 monster sets (it's randomly either shoulder or helm), and some random gold quality jewelry (can be virtually any set, even from "trash" starter sets like the Trainee set).1
