I love this house and the furniture in it. But it has no fireplaces which I find odd given we're in a cold part of the world.

The pillars make for a somewhat awkward first floor, but I will definitely get this one!
And I'm not sure whether it will stay that way (PTS is subject to change), but it was available for gold purchase!!!

I'm super glad they kept the tradition of making at least 1 house available through in-game means, rather than making everything Crown-exclusive. They have reduced that number over the years (first Amaya and Ald Velothi available for gold; then Alinor Townhouse available for gold and Grand Psijic VIlla free but only during a promotion; then Hall of the Lunar Champion half-free with the rest locked behind other DLCs) so Proudspire Manor will probably be our 1 non-Crown house for this year.

1 house (plus the inn ofc) isn't much, especially since the other 7 houses will probably be Crown-exclusives, but I'm really glad we're getting Proudspire, especially since the stone and wood textures are awesome!
