Hello. I need to identify or compile a list of abilities that proc the way that crystal fragments does. Nothing from gear, only from class or world skills etc. We are making a fledgling combat guide for my guild Thanks

Selminus✭✭✭✭Anything triggered by casting a skill that isn't a guarantee. Crystal Fragments is a good example. Typically done by damaging an enemy.0

✭✭✭✭✭Status effect from elemental damage.
20% enchant
10% direct single target
5% direct AOE
3% single target dot
1% AOE dot.
Light attacks don't count.
Warden winter's revenge has 25% to proc after destro passives (not 100% sure on this one)
Light or heavy attacks don't proc status effects.
Templar burning light passive.
Edit: you wanted not guaranteed chances, some of my picks were guaranteed... Deleted them
Edit 2:
Killing enemy with weapon chance to gain soul gem (world).
Getting empowered after using mage guild ability (it is 100% only after second skill point in)
Undaunted taunt synergy.
