Battle Spirit changes, and how they effect CP vs no-CP. A bad precedent.

    so we should do it the old way and nerf the skill and end up screwing up pve players? A very very small population of eso plays pvp only, and pve players are sick of having their skills and gear made useless to appease the whiny pvp pop.

    Old healing was 100% - 50% = 50%.
    New healing will be 100% - 60% = 40%

    40% / 50% = 0.8 = 80%, ergo a 20% nerf.

    Still it won't even put a dent in ballgroups, it will only hurt solos and smallscale.

    It will rly only hurt smallscalers that are not one of the following classes/builds: templar, dragonknight, warden, necromancers and petsorcs. Stamsorcs and nightblades have pretty *** selfheals already, the other classes are already overhealing by a good margin. Bad way to nerf healing this way.
