Why is there only one preview video tour of the new Greymoor houses?

I'm just curious since there are so many housing streamers here on our forums why i could only find one vid showing these new houses. I must admit it was difficult to view them properly mainly due to it being too dark to see much detail.

KMarble✭✭✭✭✭Because that was a closed play session and only a handful of people were invited/allowed in that instance.
Greymoor isn't available on the PTS yet, and there is a chance that when it does, some things will be different from what we saw in the videos released by those who were invited.1 -

✭A couple of the non-housing centric videos I saw mentioned something about the houses not being finished yet - maybe that was in their notes? The fact neither house shown in the housing video I saw had any furniture in them - not even lights I think - makes me think they weren't quite ready for showing. Although we can see the basic floorplan for them.
Monday the rest of us will get the PTS and we should not only have unfurnished house tours but new furniture showcased! (so excited!)2 -
Aptonoth✭✭✭✭✭Next big pts patch is on the 20th if what I heard is true. So we will be seeing more after that also likely new crates datamine.1
