PC Build Question

I am trying to persuade one of my friends to move to PC from Xbox. At the moment, he doesn’t have a PC. He seems to think that getting a PC that can run ESO will be expensive, but I think ESO doesn’t need amazing specs.

What would be the specs of a machine that would allow him to play at medium settings, keeping things as cheap as possible? Any ideas?

Thanks :)

Easiest way (after checking minimum specs) might be to check out a few of the "custom built" gaming PC makers, and go with one of their cheapest pre-selected options, which would almost certainly be able to run ESO. Lots of these companies have sales going on throughout the year.

Thanks for the tip. I looked at their recommended specs (not minimum) then checked components like CPU and graphics card on eBay. Prices were a fraction of retail. I know they don’t come with warranty but I’m wondering whether it’s a possibility.
