Blurry game/weird resolution after drivers update.

Hey guys I need your help!
Roughly one hour ago I've updated my GPU drivers and everything seemed fine except when I started ESO.
The game is now blurry and not sharp at all. My resolution is 1920 x 1080 which didn't change but it looks like for some reason it has changed ingame eventhough the client says my resolution is at 1920 x 1080. I've tried repairing the game and also deleted my shader cache and the ESO INI file on the documents folder. I really need some help to fix this issue because right now my gut says the only fix would be reinstalling which takes 3-4 days.

Getting more details on your current PC setup will be helpful in troubleshooting your resolution issue.

Thank you for posting your PC specification. Looking them over I don't see anything that would lead to blurriness in game.
Try removing add-ons as described here and see if the blurriness continues.

Check your ESO video settings. The sub-sampling must be at "high".
Otherwise show us a screenshot.

No Addons are currently used and sub-sampling is at "high".

I will show before and after pictures and the settings.

Maybe you used image sharping from the nvidia settings control panel before?

Easiest troubleshoot method:

Download DDU
Boot into safe mode (hold shift when you click restart and it's in the recovery menus)
Run DDU
Uninstall the drivers (this will remove all your configurations in the driver panel)
Reboot
Redownload the drivers from the manufacturer
Install

This fixes most problems. If you updated the driver over very old drivers or there is a problem with the update file or the update process, that may result in video anomalies or fps drops. Fresh installation, while not always necessary, is always better.

Update: I reinstalled the game and the blurriness is gone but I might do what @Cathexis has suggested because when i tried running through Skyreach my PC crashed and the fan became crazy loud.

If your fans are spinning up loud you should check to see if there is a mass of dust in your system, you may have been running your GPU too long without cleaning it or the heatsink, or the thermal paste may have deteriorated.

As always my suggestions are to be taken with a grain of salt as while they are not 100% determinate they are typically what resolves these issues for me.

For future reference, the issue that was causing your perceived blurriness was the anti-aliasing setting FXAA. If you turn off that setting, you should get the same picture you're used to seeing.

As for your computer fans spinning, I would recommend installing CPUID HWMonitor to see if your system temperatures are ok. Typically a shutdown with rapid fan spinning is the result of a component overheating, usually the CPU. If the shutdown issue continues, I recommend contacting someone in a tech forum like LinusTechTips.com
