Hello, I have been unable to resolve this through the ticketing system and I am posting here in a last ditch effort to get a resolution. I am attempting to Gift the Guilds and Glory 4 DLC Mega-Pack that is currently on sale for 50% off. However, when I attempt to gift this item I receive a message that the receiving account already has that collectible and indicates Purchase Failed.

The receiving account does have one of the 4 DLCs in the DLC pack, but I want to gift the other 3 that are in the 4 Pack.

When the recipient goes into the crown store it appears they would be able to purchase the item if they had the crowns, but it does give them a warning that they already own part of the item.

I would like to be able to gift the item while the sale is still ongoing. As I said, I've tried to resolve this through the in-game ticketing system with no success. Every response I've received through that venue has not even come close to addressing the issue I'm trying to resolve. Mostly the responses assume that I was able to gift the item and want a refund for some reason, which is clearly not the case and is well established in the original details of the ticket.

PLEASE HELP!!
