Anyone getting reimbured for thier bank slots yet?

Filed a ticket when this happened first days ago now and filed another one this morning when they went down for maintenance and patch notes said to do so.
Just curious if anyone got theirs / gold back to buy more yet as this is really holding me up from playing my main character other than logging in to try and keep researching. Was hoping to play this weekend after seeing the maintenance.
Can we at least trust putting stuff in our bank again? even at 60 slots?
