Disconnecting from game then getting error 304

Hello,
Hoping someone had a similar issue and can help.
I used to get disconnected from the game 3-4 times per day, and get the error 304 account already logged in message when trying to log back in.
Now today its happened to me 20+ times.
Anyone know whats wrong? I'm on windows 10, steam, play with discord on. I disabled Antivirus

wired or wireless? turn off 30sec then reboot modem0 -
