Wew, they do a sale and we can't even get it? Sigh, hope they can fix it soon. Really don't want to miss this one😥

And to fix the bundle/offer the three DLC option separately.

the logical thing to do is to REMOVE ic from the bundle. fixes it all. plus it is false advertising as you are NOT getting 4 dlcs, you are getting 3 and then you can go get ic free.
It seems like a vaguely sensible check with an idiotic implementation.
There is a check to determine whether the purchaser already owns the item... that makes sense
However, the response should not be to prevent the purchase. Instead there should be some kind of confirmation process that make the purchaser aware that some/all of the material is already owned, and requires them to do something (eg type CONFIRM) to authorise they wish to continue the purchase....
ZOS makes money and customers get what they want with little chance of accidentally purchasing something they didn’t actually want.
Having a promotion for a bundle you can’t buy because ZOS gave one part away for free is [snip]

ZOS, you may want to refrain from putting bundles like this on sale until you resolve the issue as it really isn't a good look.

For instance, when you get the Imperial City for free, you also get the white horse with it. So it could be an issue where it can't give you that horse again when you already have it... I mean it could be any "collectible", I'm just making a point.

You don't get a white horse for Imperial city DLC, maybe u're talking about Imperial race upgrade that gives a white horse.

One day left till the 4-dlc pack discount ends, guess I'll have to wait till next year to gift it, if I'm even playing then.

Hello. Not complaining or admonishing here, but you might want to post this in it's own dedicated post. This thread (I think) is very specifically about the 4-DLC Mega Pack issue.

I did, and then wasn't sure if it was really justified as being it's own thread so asked here.
I know the topic of this thread has been about the DLC, but the title implies a potentially wider discussion.
