Is it severely desync’d or what? Multiple times yesterday I’d break free to have to break free again, (like consecutively, milliseconds from the first break) both times it used up my stam, and I’m talking back to back.

It's all dead, magicka skills consume stamina, break free doesn't work, skills do not cast.
On my stamsorc with 2.2k stamina regen i cast 3 skills and i am drained with zero stamina which doesn't refill lol
Only thing left is decorating house or map exploring and questing, everything else is unplayable.1
