I need some magcro help

I'm wanna try and make a harmony build but I'm having trouble deciding which set to transmute to harmony. It seems most people say go max mag sets but I don't see why really.. Classes like sorc and warden have mag multipliers so it makes sense stacking mag on them but magcro doesn't have that so it seems pointless to me.

Anyway I've been experimenting with some '' normal '' magcro builds and building for spell damage seems the way too go based on tool tips but for harmony I dunno how it works.

2 sets I'm looking at to transmute to harmony are ancient grace or willpower and then maybe btb on the body when I'm solo and vicious death when I'm in groups.

Any help would be appreciated 😊

Very simple
Spelldmg > magicka on necro, Said in a different Post allrdy that the Basic statvalue of spelldmg outperforms max magicka, classes that benefit from max magicka and passiveboosts etc are ofc different and the calculation needs to be made different there

Anyways that’s not the case for magcro, that simply means spelldmg is better, there is no but if part everyone that says otherwise has never properly theorycrafted...
Max magicka can ofc help out with extending fights and beeing able to spam more, but when you wanna run harmony then you don’t need to spam
You 100-0 almost everything with bb/boneyard combo.
Aside from that combo, magcro is crap anyways so trying to go for any kind of pressure builds and spamming the enemy down won’t happen against any kind of decent metaplayer
And I tested most Sets by now

I recommend you nma or elemental succession for your Harmony traits since both of them are pretty safe to use and can be combined with a lot of other stuff depending on what you are going for( elemental succession is 100% BiS)

Little sidenote, currently I am testen arround some with a bsw set and it’s actually pretty good aswell, but it kinda forces you to put your burstwindow into its prog wich I don’t like in pvp

Actually I went with nma combined with succession and while it works like you said it's hard to pull off against anyone that's not a 🥔

I already used succesion for quite some time on my magcro and magdk and yeah its soooo good, currently I'm farming scathing mage to try out.

Magcro is fun when it works but sometimes lag screws up the combo.

It will be much easier to land the combo once the new vamp stun is out.
