Do you mean do you have ESO+?
I think the best bit of help I can give you is to address to the following URL. Actually starting a DLC is usually rather easy: Summerset, North Elsweyr, Gold Coast and Hew's Bane have their reaching points active. Go there and start the quests. For Clockwork City you have to go to Mournhold and speak with a NPC in the Tribunal building.
It's difficult to avoid Wrothgar, with that Stuga scamming you everywhere
Fiender 66, That LINK you provided doesn't work : (
You are right and I'm sorry for that. This should work. Anyway, if you google "ESO wiki fextralife" or something like this, you should be afloat
BTW, I'm curious: would you mind to tell me which are those unfamiliar quests? Maybe I left something behind...
A lot of the DLCs are just dungeons. You can access them by going to their location in the world (marked with a dungeon icon) or by using the dungeon finder.
These are:
Shadows of the Hist
Horns of the Reach
Dragon Bones
Wolf Hunter
Wrathstone
Scalebreaker
Harrowstorm
Each includes 2 dungeons, so their names are different to the DLC names, (for example the Harrowstorm dungeons are Ice Reach and Unhallowed Grave). If you really want to know which dungeons match up to which DLC you can check the collections menu for info, but the important thing in terms of your question is that none of those DLC has a map or a starting quest for you to find.
