I haven't played my DK much this patch. I noticed last night sometimes, but more often than not when I cast volitile armor it would only last 10 secs? It might have been action duration reminder playing up.. I thought I'd mention it incase anyone else is having this issue.

    Feels around 50% of the time it doesn't even show the animation effects

    Yeah I've had that for at least the last couple of patches, which is what makes it hard to tell the duration in combat. I haven't properly tested it, I just noticed it on a world boss yesterday.

    I've noticed it yesterday, but I thought it was one of endless Cyrodiil lags.

    Pretty hard to isolate any single issue at the moment 😂
