Survey Maps - If we have several of the same maps, the resources were also double during collection "Not to run several times to the same place"
Trial finder - It's just an idea but looking at how the "Dungeon finder" works better they wouldn't
Pledge quest - "Possibility of sharing" Not once was someone that did not take the quest and you had to wait for him to get them
Fishing as a skill tree - Fishing gives nothing except a boat and a perfect roe

✭✭✭✭✭Survey maps. After harvesting one survey you just have to ride away a short distance then come back and it will have spawned again as long as you have more maps. It is fast doing it that way so I doubt Zos will change anything. Another reason I doubt Zos will change anything here is concern they will open up an exploit again.
Trial finder. That is asking for a train wreck. I have seen it in another game that has a much smaller skill gap than ESO and it was a mess. People just lacked a clue like many that you find in ESO's dungeon GF. In the end they had to nerf their version of trials into the ground so it was workable in the GF making a joke out of the contents.
Form your own group. If you are not able to get trials started in the guilds you are in then find better guilds. There are many really bad guild leaders who think they are doing well because they have a full roster, lol. Find one or two of the many that have decent leaders and you will find it easy to get into trials or form your own.
Sharing pledges. I expect we cannot share them out of concerns people could exploit the share since they do not time out at the end of the day.
