Spell Crit bug?

When I have inner light and flames of oblivion on my bar (mag dk) my Crit is stuck at 23.6. When I take one of the skills off it goes up to 63.7 (which is what it should be) is this a glitch on the stats screen or is this reflected in game as well?

✭It's a visual bug. It was in there since the PTS. I've submitted a ticket myself during PTS.
