I wish I even believed that... I don't think they have a clue what they removed or changed during the last patch to fix it. If they did they wouldn't allow it to be presented as it is currently when the population is greater than it has ever been.
The global pandemic though unfortunate for everyone else is an opportunity for game developers. An opportunity they are missing.1 -

The patch Monday isn't delayed, Greymoor drop is delayed a week. So we'll see some small fixes on Monday probably as @ZOS_KaiSchober and Elsonso said.0 -

Cyrodiil on PTS is pretty much totally empty - it seems that the only time you will ever find anyone else in there is if they come with you to help with testing stuff.0 -

everyone, once again for confirmation: We know about the current problems on the Liverservers, especially the delays in entering commands, and are working on corrections for this.
On Monday there will be a patch with stability improvements. However, it will not fix all problems.
As soon as we know more details, we will let you know.
So they are doing a patch to help with delays but it won't fix all problems like was said. Once the Free to play event is over and the anniversary event is over I'm sure things might get better back to the lines of several weeks ago bad performance instead of the even worse performance the game has now. Hopefully those fixes will help as well.
