Allow us to merge Motif/Style pages into books

@ZOS_GinaBruno it would be really cool if you could add an item sold by a Mystic or some other NPC vendor that would allow us to bind all 14 motif or style pages into a motif/style book.
I realise that keeping the game overflowing with items is an incentive for people to buy more storage, but it is getting a bit ridiculous Jephrine Paladin style pages, anyone?).
This would be a great quality of life improvement and would allow all players to free up much needed space in their banks/guild banks/inventories/bounced mail/guild store postings.
