I play off and on nowadays till the bugs and incompetence (I.E game direction) makes me close my wallet (I exclusively play subbed when I do). However, with the next expansion I have some hope again with certain things. I cancelled my preorder a couple weeks ago, so I will repurchase it when I get some confirmation on stuff.

Beta tester & monkey here with the 6th anniversary badge. Been a constant subscriber and have never left the game. It’s been easier to stick with it since my wife has played this game almost as long as I have. Remember the days when Doshia would kick butt and take names?

I have a beta monkey, but just from a weekend test event or something like that.

I wasn't part of the proper beta testing.

Game has gone forwards in some respects and backwards in others.

Haven't subbed for ages.

If spellcrafting had been implemented as promised or if wardens had been implemented as originally revealed, maybe I'd be more into it.

But presently all worn out on the ticket grind.

Don't love any class.

Have probably spent more time grinding writs for gold than actually playing the game.

Considering giving up on online games entirely and going back to single player.

beta monkey, here! ...quit the game 2 weeks after launch and came back the day before Homestead (3yrs ago?) BUT maintained the sub the whole time so i had 80k crowns when i came back to the game... i'm the kind of player that @zos doesn't want to lose as i have spent probably $6k+ on RMT, Physical CEs, Digital CE upgrades. despite all that and despite the fact that i'm a dedicated player [for now] i do not like the in-your-face promotion of RMT. i have a stable income, ESO is a budgeted choice for me... but as an old-schooler i still prefer the sub-based platform. even as i throw my money at them the introduction of Gifting Crown Items blatantly says, Your money is more important to us than you are; these days i think to myself at least once a week, it's time to leave ESO for good

ESO isn't perfect, but it's the best MMO out there right now. I have taken two brief hiatuses from the game over the past 6 years.
