The Daedric Demiprince of Pastries of whom little is known must have a secret sweetroll recipe. What could it possibly be? Giant's Toe, Dwarven Oil, Void Salts, or Hist Sap? What could the ingredients be?

Absolutely agree with this. It should be something like that Falinesti Forbidden Fruit in it's feature. And Uncle Sweetshare's lore should be worked further on to make him the very Daedric Demiprince of Pastries you speak of. He certainly fits the role and could possibly be a friend of Uncle Sheo.0
