Probably a boost from the pandemic but April of last year was the beginning of increased playing time leading into the summer months.4 -

✭The game is currently free to play, and most people are stuck at home because of the virus. Obviously numbers are going to go up. They have gone up across the board for pretty much every gaming and online service in existence.

Most of us are stuck at home, unable to work or even go outside except for groceries/other essentials. It’s not exactly something to be cheery about for ESO in particular. Significantly more people are playing video games atm.1 -

Seriously tho, other online games I play have -way- more iffyness through server hamster overwork then ESO for me in those trying times. Perhaps some I don't play have less, but all in all... I say, ESO is doing all right on that reagrd, no matter what some naysayers might whine about...

✭✭Four More Days and Free To Plays will have to purchase the Game. Many might move on and things could at least become better performance wise or they purchase and performance remains way it is if all of them decide to stay. Hopefully some will stay but also
